Online sales can be traced back to mail order sales and therefore without the obligation to issue an invoice as provided for in Article 22 of Presidential Decree 633 of 1972, and without the obligation to issue a receipt as provided for in Article 2, letter oo), of Presidential Decree 21 December 1996, n. 696.

DEFINITIONS

The expression “online sales contract” means the purchase and sale contract relating to tangible movable assets of the partner company of cernivaspace.com, stipulated between them and the Buyer as part of a distance selling system via telematic tools, organized by the Supplier.

The expression “Buyer” means the consumer, a natural person who makes the purchase referred to in this contract for purposes not related to any commercial or professional activity carried out.

The expression “cernivaspace.com” means the entity that carries out the promotion of the sale of the goods covered by this contract.

The expression “PARTNER COMPANY” means the entity that carries out the sale of the goods covered by this contract.

2. IDENTIFICATION AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

Supplier: The goods covered by these general conditions are offered for sale by the PARTNER COMPANY of cernivaspace.com, which is responsible solely for the advertising promotion of the goods and not for the direct sale relationship.

Buyer: The Buyer expressly declares to make the purchase for purposes unrelated to any commercial or professional activity and undertakes not to trade the purchased goods.

3. OBJECT AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

With this contract, the PARTNER COMPANY of cernivaspace.com sells and the Buyer purchases remotely via telematic tools the tangible movable goods indicated and offered for sale on this website or through official sales channels.

The contract is concluded exclusively online by completing and submitting the order form. Upon receipt of the order, the PARTNER COMPANY of cernivaspace.com will send an order confirmation email and/or display a printable confirmation page. If requested, an electronic invoice will be issued.

4. PAYMENT AND REFUND METHODS

The PARTNER COMPANY of cernivaspace.com accepts the following payment methods: • Cash on delivery • Bank transfer • PayPal • Credit cards (managed directly by banking institutions)

Any refund due will be processed using the original payment method within a maximum of 30 days from the date the cause of reimbursement is identified.

5. DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS

Products are delivered via authorized couriers in appropriate packaging. Delivery times may vary up to a maximum of 40 working days. In case of delays, the Buyer will be informed by email.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery costs are those agreed upon at the time of purchase. For non-EU countries, customs duties and taxes may apply and are borne by the Buyer.

Delivery is made to street level only.

7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If ordered quantities exceed stock availability, the Buyer will be informed and may confirm or cancel the order.

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The PARTNER COMPANY of cernivaspace.com shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.

9. BUYER OBLIGATIONS

The Buyer undertakes to pay the price and retain a copy of the order confirmation.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer protection laws, by notifying the Seller via email at contacts@cernivaspace.com.

11. GOODS EXCHANGE

Goods may be exchanged for identical items within 14 days, subject to authorization. Shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless the product is defective.

12. DATA PROTECTION

cernivaspace.com processes personal data in compliance with applicable data protection legislation. Data is used exclusively for order processing and legal obligations.
